Here is the agenda for the June 25-26 meeting of ACIP. Vaccine recommendations that RFK Jr.’s team of unqualified anti-vaxxers will discuss include COVID19, RSV, and influenza.

My guess is they will vote to severely restrict recommendations for these vaccines.

Healthy choices go together. You don’t need sleep OR physical activity. You need both! The same is true for vaccination. It fits right in with a healthy lifestyle, and it’s one of the easiest choices you can make. #VaccinateIndiana

The R-Word's Comeback Is a Grim Sign of Our Political Moment
The R-slur has made a comeback thanks to the MAGA movement and Elon Musk, who use it to dehumanize their political opponents.

Do not ever forget the desperate, violent coup he and his domestic terrorists attempted on this day in 2021.

We all saw it. We all know what they did. No amount of lies from him and his cult will ever change that.

We know what they did and we must not forget.

I was among those who covered the immediate aftermath of the January 6 storming of the U.S. Capitol. Politicians may not want to talk about. But it happened. Here's how it was captured by the insurrectionists themselves. projects.propublica.org/parler-capit...

We should call out stupidity as such instead of legitimizing stupidity by trying to reason with it.

About “natural immunity…” not only does it require infection (& disease)…it wanes! I’ve had multiple vaccines for infections I’ve already had, and I will always take a booster over another infection.

I’m the gentlest feminist educator possible and I’m losing my mind at “let’s accommodate anti-vaxxers because otherwise how will we reach them.” Some ideas are bad and we should call them bad and explain why. That is different than treating all the people who have them as bad, irredeemable people

Through my activism, I’ve realized it’s organizing, not public protesting, that forces lawmakers to act. So I’m not alarmed that people aren’t in the streets (yet). The most effective resistance isn’t en masse, but underground—and it starts in communities.

in a 2023 interview, he said that research into the causal connection between HIV and AIDS was “phony” and “crooked.” This is scientific ignorance, not the healthy skepticism that some supporters allege. The Case Against RFK Jr.
A man who asserts nonsense about vaccines and HIV should not be at the helm of Health and Human Services, writes former Harvard Medical School dean Jeffrey S. Flier.
