What if you forget the sugar? Don't prebake the oven? If you add too much baking soda, can you fix it by adding vinegar? (Answers: not good cookies; ugly but edible pastries; mostly if add a thickener and less salt).

Worst part about everything being online is when it fail, the people/companies running those systems
-don't believe they failed
-blame the user who had no part in selecting the failed system
-force the user to do SO much work to fix their failures
