Well, I didn't get as much music purchasing done as I'd hoped, but I did get through six months of Bandcamp emails. Some dope releases in here though

First 10 minutes with Viral T2X was pretty fun. This patch is just the tremolo and LFOs giving it motion. Not sure what happened to the video in the screen recording, but it’s the sound I wanted to share. Always wanted a Virus. Ridiculous to have this for £4.99 #iPadMusic #iOSMusic

The #BCFriday haul. Was pretty exhausted today, so didn't think I'd make it very far, but definitely made some backlog progress, and there are some great releases in here

Haven’t shared any music clips in a while. Been working on this on holiday. Mostly all new parts added to a track created on #iOSMusic during commutes. Definitely having to bounce down a lot on the smaller/weaker iPad Air, but still so powerful for such a small thing. Loopy Pro is now indispensable

One additional weirdness here is the combination of great French cycling infrastructure meeting very sparse habitation, all along coast = only two running options: sandy beach running through the nudists, or this, as an out and back route on said cycle paths

The first thing to leap out at me was their patrons: David Attenborough, Steve Backshall, Chris Packham and David Gower, who all make convincing endorsements. But as I started comparing charities, the thing that really stood out was that 93% of donations go directly to the charitable activities. /2

A few years ago, I did some research into the effectiveness of charities, as I looked to do a bit more. At the time, there was such a clear choice that emerged, which I have only focused on more since then. The World Land Trust 2024 Impact report just came out, so I figured I’d share. /1

Tail end of the thunderstorms on Friday, just at the first aid station, after the first 710 metre climb. You can see how the shoes got so inundated pretty clearly here. Not a factor in the fall, but was a factor for foot issues at ~30 km in - and some lacing issues after arriving late for the start
