At a bare minimum, you should all be able to agree that pedophilia, secret police and nonstop shootings are bad. Thank you for your attention to this matter. MAKE AMERICA SAFE AGAIN!

15 Republican senators have now joined all 47 members of the Democratic caucus on legislation to extend SNAP benefits during the shutdown.

In all, 62 senators are on this bill.

I say to Majority Leader Thune: Don't let kids go hungry in America. Call a vote on this bill NOW!

True Blood rewatch! Those days were so much easier. I would gladly switch this government for the Vampire-Human govt.

Pritzker: "People of Illinois, we need your help. Get our your cell phones, record and narrate what you see. Put it on social media. Peacefully ask for badge numbers and identification. Speak up for your neighbors. We need to let the world know that this is happening and that we won't stand for it."

Elizabeth Warren on people who say Dems needs to tone down their rhetoric: "Oh, please. Why don't you start with the president of the United States? And every ugly meme he's posted and every ugly word."

I used to think trump was trying to distract from the Epstein files, but inflation is getting so bad, and his big ugly bill is such a disaster, it might be those too.

America under trump is unaffordable.
And 2026 is coming.

Imagine being born in slavery and living up until 5 months before the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Anna Julia Cooper is one of my favorite people in history. She was born on August 10, 1858, and lived to the age of 105.

I can't sum her up in a single post, but she was born 167yrs ago today

When I was little, the U.S. military came to our home at gunpoint and took me and my family away. We were imprisoned for years in barbed wire camps simply because we were Japanese American. I have spent my life telling that story, hoping it would never be repeated.
