The reason classified material has to go through a declassification review process is because the individuals with the information cannot know what parts of it compromise another. You don't just decide this part isn't classified because it doesn't sound very useful to know to you!

The reason classified material has to go through a declassification review process is because the individuals with the information cannot know what parts of it compromise another. You don't just decide this part isn't classified because it doesn't sound very useful to know to you!
