It's amazing that this CEO is paid $12.5m+ for such poor management. No back up plan, no worse case scenario, no common decency to pay others a living wage.

You knew the strike was coming, put more people on customer service. Make it easy for someone to cancel with a full refund. Basic things. Instead you care about your customers about as much as you do your FAs. Shame. (2 of 2)
