New data suggests separations now happen all over the country, often after little more than a traffic stop.

The crisis of affordability is a crisis of debt. Public goods that should be public and reparative are so costly and expensive that we're going into debt for things that are free in other nations — education, health care, school lunch, expensive rents, even going into debt for our own incarceration.

Nothing about the fascist mentality is based in science or humane rhetoric for that matter. This article is about the authoritarians vehement obstruction of cancer care for veterans with certain kinds of cancer, even if that cancer was previously treated (in the same person) by the VA.
Citing a Trump order about “restoring biological truth,” the VA is making it more difficult for male veterans with breast cancer to get their care covered by the government.

The disease is deadlier than for women and “notably higher among veterans,” research shows.

Changes to Oklahoma’s curriculum rules make it so teachers aren’t supposed to tell students that the Tulsa Race Massacre of 1921 — a defining incident of racial violence in Oklahoma history — was perpetrated by racists.

I watched the video.
I heard the person recording it hyperventilate.

Very very proud anti fascist right here. Fuck fascism. End authoritarianism. End billionaires being legal. Power to the people only. Health care is a human right. Science is real. Fascists are liars. Abortion saves women’s lives. Gender is a construct. Blue lives don’t matter- at all.

Here’s a brilliant story about how HIV activists have and always will overcome the most vile systems of oppression, because our commitment to community goes way beyond love and and is rooted in a lifestyle intent on fully crushing these vile systems until they exist no longer.

American imperialism at its best: steal healthcare, housing and food from hard working people; divert money to racists pockets and to inflict violence on POC, LGBTQIA, and disabled people; gaslight everyone’s mind with lies and hateful rhetoric; imprison you for not supporting regulated bigotry.
ICE received ten times more in Congressional funding under Trump than it did last year.

The agency plans to use the money to expand the size of immigrant detention to eclipse the current federal prison system, says @aclu.org lawyer @eunicehcho.bsky.social.
