I like milk and white chocolate and I'll eat dark chocolate if it's there, especially if there's mint involved. I have zero allergies or intolerances (I'm very lucky!) I like nuts, mint, coffee, popping candy, basically anything in chocolate.... :)

I wanted to be an airline pilot but was similarly denied due to eyesight. Then I wanted to be an operations management engineer. Then my first year comp sci papers were easier than my maths papers. Then someone sneered that I was only doing comp sci for the money … so I followed the money.

The mum loneliness epidemic isn't getting headlines but should be. Being home with a newborn was the most isolating time of my whole life (and I had a support system! a husband and a mum and a MIL and two SILs and friends! still very lonely!).

We've taken to doing the occasional Sunday Drive, complete with a stop at a fruit and vege shop, and the kids haaaate it :) because they have to leave their iPads at home.
