Andrew Cuomo was such a malignant governor that Brad Lander didn’t even have to stop and think before coming up with five evil things for which Cuomo was responsible.

Not a single international cargo ship at the Port of Seattle. The port is dead. The last ship from China will dock at a West coast port on the 29th, and the last Chinese ship will dock on the East coast around May 10th. After that, there will be no more shipments arriving from China. We’re screwed.

I think it says a lot about US society that this man has not once hidden his racism but large swathes of citizens still do not understand it as racism. This is not an accident. It is the deliberate choice of white newsrooms to elide and minimize what Trump has always meant.
