We reminisced over our fond memories but also shed a tear about the abrupt and unjustifiable halt of so much of the valuable research the VA has contributed toward the wellbeing of Veterans but also civilians nation- and world-wide.

So fun to meet up with her in Italy this month - after many years of lot seeing each other!

(So does seeing all the beautiful things humans can create, like the school’s gorgeous buildings. Bonus: first time I’ve ever lectured in a crypt!)
