I would really like to see any member of the press corps defend one of their fellow reporters who is called “stupid”, “dumb”, and “piggy.” Just once. #trumpinsults #presscorps

The Brian Branch problem is a repetitive one. The Lions team that Campbell has been trying to build is about team before self and Branch just doesn’t get it. #Lions #nfl

Jimmy Carr playing the Riyadh Comedy Festival while also being a supporter of Stand Up for Heroes (charity focusing on veterans, especially Iraq/Afghanistan war vets) is wild. The cognitive dissonance is off the charts.

So, now we’re taking money *away* from charities at awards shows? We’re truly in Trump’s America.

Seriously though…whoever wrote that bit deserves showbiz purgatory.

I think it might be time to retire the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Trump has so debased it that I don’t know if it can continue past his term.

It is always “people of faith” who utter the most degrading and mean-spirited things after a tragedy…

Anecdotes do not equal a medical degree. The timeline is full of amateur oncologists today.

Cancer is complex, individualized and (yes) still mysterious in many aspects. Each diagnosis is unique. #joebiden

Media: We’re so angry that Joe Biden didn’t give us the facts about his mental decline!

Also Media: Let’s spends hours speculating, without any evidence or facts, about Biden’s cancer diagnosis

There’s a deep dark place in hell for people like Mullin, Dean Phillips, Vance, etc. who are pushing this ridiculous line. Unless you are Joe Biden or his doctor, STFU.
Markwayne Mullin: "It's interesting the timing of them releasing the cancer. It seems like since the Hur tapes were released, they're like, 'Hey wait, it might be a good time to distract the American people and talk about his cancer.'"

Val Kilmer was a great, unpredictable actor. He didn’t really tolerate the circus that modern filmmaking has become - the never-ending promotional and social media cycle. All in all, I think he would’ve rather stayed home and painted. He left too soon. #ValKilmer #RIP

Classic Friday is back and this week I sketched up Miss Heddy Lamarr. She was a talented actress but also a prolific inventor.

Every Friday I post one of my paintings of classic film stars, just for fun ⭐️

I really enjoyed The Residence on Netflix. I always love to see more of Uzo Aduba.

I knew that Tyler Perry’s replica of the White House would come in handy some day!

Columbia has a nearly 15 billion dollar endowment. Why is it capitulating because of a loss of $400 million in federal grants? Aren’t endowments supposed to be used to support university functions (ie: research)?
“Columbia’s concessions today strike at core principles of academic freedom and self-governance in the higher education sector,” says Kristen Shahverdian, PEN America's program director for Campus Free Speech.

We’re giving top secret war plans to Elon Musk, an impulsive billionaire who can’t keep his mouth shut. What could go wrong?

There seems to be some confusion about this so let me make it clear - Trump cannot nullify the pardons given by Pres. Biden. Trump is a liar who lies. Stop reporting his middle-of-the-night rants as truth. #facts

I was sitting in a doc’s office today and I was eavesdropping on the conversation of a couple sitting behind me. The wife turns to her husband (out of nowhere) and says “You know, I don’t like JD Vance. There’s just something about him.”
Dear reader, I smiled.
