MR. MAGOO’S CHRISTMAS CAROL debuted #OTD in 1962.

Jim Backus stars in this brilliantly conceived, beautifully animated musical adaptation w/ songs by Jule Styne and Bob Merrill.

This was TV’s first animated Christmas special — and it's a strong contender for its best. #Animation #ChristmasMovies

I have wonderful memories of seeing the famous Peabody Ducks. They were part of an amazing trip to Memphis and New Orleans decades ago. We ate so well, listened to BB King play in his club, and enjoyed Jazz Fest. Check out this fun article about them and the man who cares for the marching birds.
These ducks are local celebrities and walk the red carpet daily
“We’ve got to march with purpose,” duck master Kenon Walker tells the ducks each morning in a pep talk.
