To me, it feels like they're going out of their way to make the care trans people need as difficult to reach as possible. The more hoops they make people jump through, the more they want people to feel brow-beaten, and ultimately give up.

The “Pathways” trial is, IMO on more than one level, a thoroughly unethical piece of “research” to be carrying out on children, especially children who are part of a marginalised minority.
