Got a rude message in MyChart about not having signed my annual Adderall Rx agreement thingy this year. It's so absurd that I've been on the same meds, same dosage for a decade, for a condition that doesn't go away, and I have to have quarterly appts and annual signed agreements just to get the meds

I took my dog, Debo, to the park. It’s a small town park so naturally it’s attached to trails and it’s empty. We walked a short trail as it is getting dark. I attempted to get Debo in the car, he got the zoomies and ran away from me. Guess he wants to play in the dark.
