Thank you! I’ve had this fear for a long time. I worry if had I been exposed to this, instead of my generation’s red pill being 2 women creating an allegory about their transition, if I would’ve fallen for it. I was terminally online & had zero self esteem. But this kid is & will be better than me.

The part of this show that just absolutely rips my guts out is how many people failed this boy & genuinely thought they were doing something right while failing him. That’s scarier than any monster or horror film villain can ever be.

I’ll probably delete this, but I just needed these thoughts out of my head. I’m glad they made this show. It put into a visceral medium the things bouncing around in my head since I found out we were having a boy. It’s as upsetting as anything I’ve ever seen, but maybe it drives conversations.
