Very exited to having started reading this book by Harpinder Kaur Mann.

Very promising.

I discovered yoga a couple of years ago to escape burnout, and have been surprised since by things like hot yoga, power yoga, and saying namaste all the time.

Went to the cinema last night, and had a few nice beers afterwards.

🥵 alcohol raises heart rate

🫀 intense workouts put too much strain on your cardiovascular system

💦 dehydration makes you more susceptible for injury
