Hey ambient fans! My new album "Murmurs" comes out October 27th, and the listening party is at 10pm EST on the day of the release. I love these album release/listening parties because I can connect with friends and fans alike. It's been almost a year since my last one so this is important to me.

I don't understand why people like baled potatoes when every preperation I can think of is superior. Fried, potato pancakes, hasbrowns, scalloped, potato salad, gnocchi, au gratin, and of course, boil 'em, mash 'em, stick 'em in a stew.

Imposter syndrome rears its hideous head. Too many things in my life to even think about composing and when I do everything I write goes straight in the trash. I have four different albums in different states of completion and it feels like they'll never be finished at this rate.

Released the soundtrack to a game I was working on until recently. Just a title, ambient exploration and end theme, but the bulk of my work was on SFX. It's stuck in development hell and hopefully we'll see a release eventually.

I've been away from piano for far too long, time to take some lessons again. I need structure. I am not good at self-teaching. Getting my favorite piano piece--Debussy's "La Cathedral Engloutie"--performance ready is my new goal.

Watching old Salt-N-Pepa music videos and I just remembered how badly I wanted a flat top when I was a kid and my mom had to break it to me that my hair won't do that. I think she just didn't want me to have a super fly hairstyle.

Working on two game jams right now, plus two other albums, plus my summer chorus performances coming up. I was going to take on another soundtrack but my wife said she misses me.
