coffee talk,
I remember 2009, walking from one building to another, passing through a doorway. Two employees were talking in the hallway, and for a moment, I thought, "They must be having an affair."

Caffe Central in Burlingame, CA, is known for its excellent food and coffee. Plus, if you need a restroom break, you'll find theirs exceptionally clean.

Every day as a 5-year-old, my grandma and I would tune in to watch 'The Price Is Right.' Those precious moments of cheering on contestants with her are some of my fondest memories. I want to think they're both up there now, playing Plinko in the clouds.

One warm summer evening, I remember my grandma happily doing dishes in our kitchen. Just as the sun started to set, my two cats suddenly thought my grandma's legs were the perfect place to scratch. Wow, what a scene that was. I'll never forget it.

I took an 18-minute meditation break. At first, my thoughts were racing! But after a bit, I noticed a shift toward calmness and stillness. 🧘‍♀️

Growing up, my abuela's tall tales fascinated me. They felt so real and frightening. Now, I want to share one with you.
