NO ONE FREAK OUT. ALYSON STONER IS NOT THE NEW VOICE OF NAMINE.
According to this guy (who I kinda know/ trust) Alyson clarified that they voiced Namine for a few scenes in a past game but didn't remember which. My suspicion is that this was the layered line for Re:CoM but it was not for KH4.
