Great waterproof bag with 3 zipped inside & netted outside pockets.
It's not a big bag but good enough for some race day kit. I have another dry bag for shoes.

Newer inov8 are much more comfortable than older models even on tarmac, especially now they also feature the boomerang footbed.

There are always lessons to be learnt with running long, even after 10 years for me. Like putting on your waterproof trousers before your leggings soak through. 🤦♂️

I had recced & prepped myself for 'that' section but to be honest, the conditions & terrain underfoot off the back of the storm were testing straight off the bat!
It really is one brut of a race which I'm still feeling the effects of now.

There was definitely less of that on the course but it was dark I was alone so you couldn't see or hear the cursing. 🤣

Would love to 'run' the entire path someday. Not an FKT or anything just a nice jolly but maybe not during winter or storms. 🤣
