PR would have allowed the Labour right to split off and form an electorally successful party (the SDP were electoral failures under FPTP) decades ago. As it is Labour have lost people who voted for them for decades due to scrapping the Winter Fuel Payment. The row back was too little, too late

The English courts would view the programme in the round, and much other evidence, and inevitably conclude that Trump did incite the 6th January insurrection. So the BBC couldn't be successfully sued as it broadcast the truth.
