I have played music for a long time. Sometimes it's recorded. Less often it's promoted or toured, or optimized for search, as that's not nearly as interesting as playing music. Also important: I do other things too, because I'm human.
In the category of all things eventually become fashionable again, I saw two men with sunglasses placed backward on their head, just like Mr. Cool ICE. If you know, you know.

Weird but true fact about me: I lived in Tehran, pre-revolution. I was very young, so I don't remember much. But it always struck me as amazing that I could have grown up there had the world of geopolitics gone down differently. We were British, and could just leave. Which we did. #canpoli

Honest question: if a country rips up contracts at it's will, why would any other country negotiate in good faith?

A long time ago I wrote an article with the thesis that the telecaster should be in museums of modern design. I said something provocative like "What cultural revolution did your fancy chair start?". But also, I do really like fancy chairs. And this guy made some nice ones. Cheers, Yrjö Kukkapuro.

Finished this a couple nights ago and I'm still "wtf was that?", but in a good way.

We did go to America, we made it back. Just a reminder if you've forgotten, but #notallamericans want to invade Canada. (As if they'd give us statehood. They wouldn't for the same reason DC doesn't get it)

My partner and I can deep dive into how feminist Ted Lasso really is. This does bore our children. But we think the intellectual milieu (her intellect, mostly) will somehow rub off. Thanks to the hotel we are in, we have a whole new arena to explore.

Finally got "some desperate glory" from the library (started as #327 in line). If you like SF, it's pretty fun. It's not giving anything away to say it's about America. Also, it would be banned in Florida, if you need more indorsement. #booksky
