I really like jjba but sometimes I do wish it hadn't just turned into The Stand Show because I did enjoy the cursed mask vampire nonsense too

it's every so slightly ropey in places and the final stretch is a bit maddening because of it but I can't think of another game I've played this year that's felt so diegetically intuitive to engage with. Probably one of the best of 2025

I've had an incredible run with indie games this month. Hypogea, Blake Manor, Ambrosia Sky, and I've still got Stray Children to dig into

I think perhaps this is going to end up being good not great, as it's a little choppy in places and the game mechanics are quite limited, but it's got something about it that I feel other, more polished, iterations would be missing.

incredibly intuitive and tight platforming in a world that's absolutely full of character despite being various shades of brown and grey. Just a fantastic piece of work, cannot reccomend it enough
