The Welsh parliament has its faults – but talk of axing it is for charlatans, not leaders who are serious about the nation’s future, says Guardian columnist Will Hayward

Farage dodged parliament, went to the US, slagged off the UK, lied to Congress, grifted for donations and hoped to persuade the US to punish us for the Online Safety Act. And got his arse handed back to him.
You’d think our ‘patriotic’ media would go nuts. But no. Some quiet mumbling. Beyond feeble.

“Approximately 76,700 pigs are slaughtered each day in Denmark. This is calculated by dividing the annual slaughter of 28 million pigs by 365 days.”…. So it’s better to be a wild flower than a pig there.

The bullet train in 🇯🇵-as glorious as everyone says. A reminder the Japanese built their first high speed train for the 1964 Olympics and it became national by the 80s. They’re now building Maglevs (floating trains).

Meanwhile in 🇬🇧 we can’t be sure we’ll connect HS2 to Euston. Pathetic.

Anyone in the UK who thinks Farage and "Reform" have the right idea about making healthcare private should watch this. And read the comments.

I see Farage has accepted £100,000 of gifts since becoming an MP including a helicopter ride.
Surprised r4today aren’t making a big deal over this as they did when Starmer got a couple of concert tickets.
Any reason Farage is literally been given a “free ride “ by the media ? #r4today
