"Protecting" Nigerian Christians was a nakedly political move. If he wanted to save lives he could save 600,000 by reinstating USAID without firing a shot. This was not a Christian act, this was a play for Christian votes in the face of massive moral and ethical failure.

A glitch, I think—when I click on a link in bluesky to what turns out to be a threads vid, I can’t get back to bluesky from the threads post. I swipe up to get out of threads, open and clues another app, different from bluesky; then, when I click back on bluesky I get to it. Frustrating.

When you think about it, RFK Jr. tenure as HHS Sec. has been a remarkable success (not even 1 yr in)--it's just too bad all of his accomplishments center on efforts that put people at risk or directly in harm. 🙄🤦♂️

Robert E Lee’s statue got ejected from Capitol Crypt 5 years ago. Today Virginia replaced the Confederate with Barbara Rose Johns, who at 16 led protest that helped spur Brown v Board of Ed in 1953.
