🚩 So many red flags in a form with basically one field:
- Using placeholder as label
- Insufficient contrast on the continue button
- A negated checkbox that opts you into marketing stuff per default
Bad a11y and shady practices - both illegal in the EU (GDPR and EAA)

I have an atproto question.
Say I migrate my data from some social app X to app Y, which use the same lexicon etc.
What happens to the labeler and the moderation layer?
Are all previous labels removed and new ones are somehow placed? What if some comment I made was ok in app X but not in Y?
