Department of Defense Law of War Manual, Sec. 18.3.2.1 states the "requirement" to refuse illegal orders.

What’s its key example? Wait for it . . . It’s "orders to fire upon the shipwrecked."

I think he is the least qualified Secretary of Defense in the history of our country by far. & this President thinks he can bully & intimidate people? The Trump T1 phone, supposed to ship by September, hasn’t shipped any unit yet, and the official website no longer lists a release date.

Earlier, the original “Made in USA” label was replaced with more vague wording like “American‑proud design … brought to life right here in the USA.”

Here’s a hot take: I don’t want to see lawmakers posting holiday pictures from their mansions — I don’t care which party.

Keep that shit to yourself.

Mark Kelly: "It seems to."

Bash: "If you received that order, would you have carried it out?"

Don't call it a bubble! Loss-making monster OpenAI is on the hook for $1.4 trillion (with a T) in compute commitments. How can this go on?

And it goes on.

The man is completely unraveling.

Bombing boats, threatening invasions “to stop drugs,” and now promising a full pardon to a president convicted of trafficking 400 tons of cocaine into the U.S.

This isn’t law and order.

It’s the most lawless presidency in American history.👇

In recent years, they all paid their execs more than they paid in taxes.

This is what a corporate-rigged system looks like.

Trump is the only reason the National Guard is in D.C.

D. Trump is the only reason the shooting suspect got asylum in the U.S.

D. Trump is the only reason there is so much political violence and tension in America

This is all on Donald Trump

DC jury acquitted the Sandwich Guy. Lindsay Halligan can’t even bring an indictment because she’s not legit. Jeanine Pirro couldn't get a conviction because she’s incompetent.

As the judge pointed out, incompetent Pam Bondi completely screwed up the appointment of Halligan in violation of the law.
