The wait times when USA TODAY placed calls to the 1-800 number over the past week ranged from 90 minutes to 150 minutes. Several times the line disconnected without reaching a live person.

Social Security wait times were already long under Biden. They're even longer under Trump.
Hold times at Social Security's 1-800 number averaged 60 minutes last year, during the Biden admin. Under Trump, they top 90 mins.

I wish my cat could talk. Technically he is a support animal, not a service animal, but he makes me lie down & tries to purr me to health when I'm about to get really sick. I wish he could tell my human care team how he knows. I try. Maybe they'd believe him.

These executive orders on banning federally funded entities from recognizing trans people or disallowing them from using the bathroom are not self-executing or immediately enforceable. They require formal rule making at a minimum. They are a scare tactic. Ignore and do not comply in advance.
