In 2022 Jaida Lee (St. John's, NL) became the first woman to compete in Men's Baseball at the Canada Games. The ball she threw for the 1st pitch is on display at CBHFM. Jaida made history again last night as the 4th Canadian drafted in the inaugural Women's Pro Baseball League draft. Congrats Jaida!
