He made me a lot of guanciale…

We make this often! Our recipe originates from @jlrhart.bsky.social’s Slovak grandmother from centralist/westernish PA. Basically the same, but always made with onion in our house. I’ve added bacon and one time the handmade guanciale my brother-in-law gifted me.

To be clear, she was on the panel and spoke along with him. Podcast seems to have cut all but one short sentence of her comments.

👀 also he keeps good company (sitting next to @jlrhart.bsky.social!). I remember walking away from the session being impressed by him.

Intellectually I know the system makes more sense. That’s does not help me not be flummoxed by them.

Does she call it be it’s new name yet? Or is she (like me) also prefixing each line with “the bus formerly known as”

How varied will the impact be in the region? Should I cancel plans to hike Old Rag on Sunday? Or will the rain be relatively light that far west?

Sadly have a work commitment. But my better half will show up to mildly harangue the CM better than I ever could.
