I do have a video on my YouTube channel if you want to see the how. If I remember correctly tho, it would only be a visual aid. I don’t really get into how I did it. I think I’m talking about channel goals or something in that video lol

Hard to describe. A ton of references for sure! The ones I looked at had cloud-like textures, so I guess I tried to make it look like a wispy, circular cloud. So I blocked out the shape with a flat color, added shading for the texture, and then added highlights. Smudge tool helped with wispy effect.
