Finished that background and added some animations.

The lighting/details are a bit flat and the tree is janky, but I didn’t want to spend too much time on it since this was more of an exercise.

I want to clean this up at some point tho.

It’s simple black and white line art depicting a spider-woman creature casting webs in various directions, looking down at her prey. She’s wearing a lacey top made out of webs. The right shows the fully rendered painting I did this year (2024). The 2024 version shows a fanged, black and white woman-spider monster casting webs above and below her. The creature is in a dark, web-covered cave, looking down as she holds her prey that’s entangled in webs she’s casting out of her outstretched hand.

I accept animation is time consuming, but I feel like I'm doing it the hard way. I don't mind spending the time drawing the line art. The coloring, shading, and lighting kill me tho.

It’s a such a sweet, cute little green frog with a blue koi fish pond in his ribbit pouch (idk what it’s called lol). The pond provides just the right amount of moisture to support the mushrooms growing on his head. Nature is beautiful
