The best braised pork leg I've had in Thailand. The pork is juicy, tasty and it falls off the bone, so tender. The skin melts in your mouth into a thick, gooey, luxurious paste. The broth is full of porky flavour, very savory.

I found this picture (nevermind the article) to be quite disgusting. I'm a meat eater but would only buy and eat what I need to live and enjoy food. Slaughter for the sake of it is sick. What are your thoughts ? #thoughts

Genuinely don't know how I feel about the Section 31 long trek from the official trailer dropped. I'll always be open minded for new shows but the words that immediately came to mind were 'style over substance' #startrek

The sauce sriracha was invented in the 1940s in the Thai town of Si Racha. A Thai woman, created the sauce in the small seaside town of Si Racha. She named it after the town, which was originally spelled "Sriraja". #foodie
