Bill Post, credited with inventing Pop-Tarts, has died. He was 96
Grand Rapids man, inventor of Pop-Tarts, dies at 96
William "Bill" Post died Feb. 10. He helped invent Pop-Tarts in 1963 while working for Keebler Company as a Grand Rapids plant manager.
