The biggest perception problem for AEW is WWE because WWE is pro wrestling to many people, so right now pro wrestling means "MAGA sex trafficking" and that's tough to change.

The “AEW is BACK!” posts are nice to see but I’m here to tell you it was never really bad. It was not as good as it is currently, granted. But the narratives around AEW have always been overblown rage bait garbage. There have been genuine critiques that I appreciate to but it’s a tiny percentage. 🤼

I think WWE's plan for constant attacks, podcast shills and twitterbots backfired and overloaded. R/SC is *almost* normal; memes of WWE's attempts, no immediate downvotes for AEW anymore. A lot more conversation to aew etc.
