Hi, Martin, I’m the 3d-artist in question. Can’t really get you a RenderDoc capture since I’m on a Mac. Currently profiling with what’s in Godot, and woefully it won’t give me GPU numbers for Metal 😢
Biggest thing I’ve done here is baking all material settings into vertex data and baking lights.

In the prototype, we want to be able to try lots of things. And if a play-test shows something we didn’t plan for (has that ever happened?!) we want to be able to change things quickly, not waste time polishing stuff that belongs in the bin. 2/3
