Kind of losing my mind at the games that did get nominated.

I'm dizzy.

Immediately reminds me of the "Project Gemstone" scene from White House Plumbers

M-maybe he's just a fan of cheesy Superman antagonists from the 80's and 90's...

I kind of loved it

The "powered by" really stands out, not least of which is that I'd want a system like that to be hard-wired or on its own local network. I'm sure it's only nominally connected, but still.

It's sort of worse for being singled-out. It would be less tacky dress the players like racecar drivers.

Really appreciate the honesty, here.

The word spacing really stands out, and I'm not thrilled by their response (kudos for asking!). The way they reproduced "YARDENGINEERS" and "ENGINEERINGGROUP" look like straight-up mistakes.

Also clearly a different font. It's serifed, sure, but with lots of minor differences. "J" most obviously.

Dear lord. However stupid the premise seemed, I was NOT ready for the "substance" of comparing recruitment of Palestinian suicide bombers to "cancel culture" as a tool of the evil left, and asserting that Trump's second term is so awful is directly because progressives won't post on Twitter.

Recently watched this b-grade action movie from 1997 called "Drive." The movie is fine enough for what you'd expect, but when she shows up for about 15 minutes in the middle she *completely* steals the show. Charisma vibrating off the screen. It was kind of nuts.

Freud looking at the "helmet" and immediately reaching for his snuff box

That's an interesting, uh, helmet design

I recently discovered Logos-World.net, which is amazing, and this pretty much says it all. What a remarkable improvement on the previous two designs.

The sub-header is beyond belief (I believe it) and fills me with incandescent revulsion.

Wow, the German box art is phenomenal, too!

Impossible for anyone to approach the names in any context other than "it's what I grew up with," but just looking at the designs I prefer the hard edges of the Genesis. And "Mega Drive" always sounded like an IBM add-on to me.

Plus, I had a ton of fun doing the logo homage for my Hitbox design.

Thinking again about the 17 year age gap between Tim Thomerson, supposedly 38, and a baby-faced Helen Hunt, 21, in Trancers. Overall a pretty great "so bad it's good" kind of movie.
