Trying out this new Bluesky client I found. Beeskie it's a really clean client for Windows. It's a bit barebones but that's understandable since it's public beta.

I really hope they'll make an exception for the .io TLD. It's safe for 5 years after that its uncertain.
The .io domain isn't going anywhere in the next few years

Honestly, I really wished platforms were more open. Everything is closed off. This is why I support the Fediverse. It's open. I can put .rss next to a profile and connect it to a different service.

New systematic review of studies of healthcare LLMs.

Only 5% (including one of my studies) used ACTUAL CLINICAL DATA. And the rest of the review identifies equally bonkers issues.
