Jonathan Hale was arrested by LAPD today for painting a crosswalk, even as the city of Los Angeles funnels more money to LAPD and does gymnastics to avoid implementing HLA.
@mayor.lacity.gov, Jonny has made repeated attempts to meet with your office and has been iced out. Angelenos deserve better.

I would say it’s both and. I volunteer with a couple housing groups in LA & there are heavy pushbacks from HSAs/NIMBYs who are worried about the character of the neighborhood & then corporations & rich people buying them up for rentals & Airbnbs.

lol. If I hated all drivers the way people hated on cyclists, I would have maybe five friends.

lol. I have multiple neighbors where the hood comes up to my face. I am 5’ 11”. No need for that in general but especially in a city.
