There has to be enough middle of the road Americans who could start an entire party that can stand up to the extremes?
It seems there has never been such a gap between parties, and people who are stuck in the middle are forced between extremes.

Somehow for half the year in 2024, Federal Income Taxes were not withheld from my pay checks. There was a small penalty. Not sure how it happened, but imagine if there was an option for millions of people to adjust their withholdings to give the feds $0 for a month or two.

So… what is any benefit to dismantling the CFPB?
What is to stop any bank, mortgage company, credit card company, any business from burying hidden fees, increasing interest rates, deceptively manipulating service agreements.
I see that Republicans feel CFPB has been too harsh?
