So these finally arrived in the mail. The material is thinner than I expected, but they still seem pretty sturdy, tear-resistant, and easy to use.

Now I need to get some binder sheets to put them into.
A package of Arckknights Cyberpunks plastic miniatures. The set contains 56 flat-pack miniatures featuring cyberpunks, robots, cyborgs, vehicles, drones, and more. It also contains eight hard plastic bases to keep the miniatures standing upright.
