I am working out of a public library and there are a good number of people who seem to be on hard times using the facilities for various reasons like job searching, entertainment, charging peripherals, using the bathroom, etc., and I am struck by how important it is that libraries continue to exist

It's come to my attention that some people believe you can't buy a new book until you've read the books you already have. Let me assure you, as both a lawyer and a writer, that this idea is legally and morally WRONG and BAD. Buy more books.

I've watched the halftime show three times now and that was 100% not a halftime show - that was pure theater. That was Hamilton by way of This is America. Award categories need to be invented so Lamar and his team can sweep them. That was fucking epic. What a bold piece of performance art.
