Yeah too many people were just camping the permits and clandestinely trading them off if they decided they didn't want them anymore, leading to massive empty sections.

Yeah I think there's just a bit too much cloud cover by me in NW burbs and too obstructed of a horizon. I'm not seeing much.

The NIMBYs are also about to come out of the woodwork. If you thought the Broadway upzoning and Envision Evanston were work to see through, there's about to be a lot more fights on the horizon.

Inshallah, the next Democratic administration will find that the 14th Amendment exists, that Pence was technically the 46th President, Biden the 47th, and Trump was not eligible to hold office again and all his acts are null and void. (Yes, I am a politics sicko with a heart full of hope.)

Note: not all have transit integrated into their plans. But generally the county-level maps connect up with local municipal routes to provide a route between stations. It's something I think a next level plan can do better to integrate, e.g. see Hoffman in Motion:

Like, how gilded were these senior staff plans that total premiums paid by the employer are going up in line with what's happening nationwide yet regular staff premiums paid are dropping so much? Did the doctor give them a warm towel and massage and they dropped in whenever?
