Surprise! This is the first of many short stories in a western/horror/sci-fi series. Wasteland Tales. I'll be releasing one short story a month until the day comes when I’ll piece them together in one novel. Think 'HEAVY METAL' style stories!

One challenge about writing series fiction is that even when books are relatively standalone, it's hard to draw eyes to later titles.

Splatter-action with a strong touch of parody. Berry's prose has gotten more refined and tighter and the bloodbath is almost dizzying.
