The treg trafficking effect is interesting bc there doesn’t seem to be much HS on tregs on the tSNE. And yes maybe a myeloid-targeted enzymatic strategy could help alleviate disease 🦠 congrats again!

Do you suppose targeted removal of HS from non-Treg subsets would ameliorate psoriasis? Alternatively can you think of ways to reinforce HS on Treg to promote trafficking?
