Quite the legitimate question. No matter how good someone is at their job, they will still be questioned about their worth.
So I’m just curious, are there any jobs women and POC can have that *aren’t* DEI?

I work in mental health now, so we don’t have to have a fancy demonstration dummy, but I just can’t with Goatee Gary. If you work in healthcare you know that they end up randomly in the med, stock, or break room; often scaring you on entry.

Empathy causes people to care and want to help each other. This can be stressful if they’re already dealing with their own issues. It’s ok to recognize that you can’t help everyone, but maybe if everyone just does something small to help, it’ll add up to something big.
