14th Amendment is not an option, choice, or suggestion. It binds current federal officials with all the force of law Democratic leaders eg; Rep Raskin, Rep Nadler, Sen Durbin, Sen. Whitehouse, & indeed all Dems in Congress have a special responsibility to enforce the integrity of the 14th Amendment
