I’m honestly so obsessed with Dune: Part Two. I loved Part One, but there are so many incredible achievements from the visuals, audio, and performances in Part Two that I’m still thinking about. I plan on restarting the original novel to see how different it is, because I need more from this world

Decent Nintendo Partner Showcase, but what the heck, Mother 3 is coming to the Japanese NSO platform?! Hope this means it’s finally getting localized to the West

I’ve been watching/reading Hajime no Ippo for six years, and I can’t believe I am 250 chapters away from finally being caught up. That might sound crazy, but this being my longest-running series I have stayed with, it feels so surreal with where the journey has gone over the years

so if this reporting is accurate, this was just a thing that happens when people are walking around armed. Wonder if you could, like, draw any conclusions from that.
Breaking News: The shooting at the Kansas City Super Bowl rally that killed one person and injured at least 21 others appeared to have stemmed from an argument between several people, officials said.
Police Say Argument Likely Led to Shooting at Kansas City Super Bowl Celebration
The authorities ruled out terrorism as a motive. As thousands were gathered, 1 person was killed, and at least 21 others were injured.

I’m in such a weird gaming state right now. I’m loving slowly playing through Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth and I’m still looking forward to FFVII Rebirth, but nothing else interests me in the slightest. Maybe it’s better since I’m more focused on my school and personal life, but it’s kinda strange

I hope you’ve loved somebody today. I hope someone loved you today. I hope you loved others today. And I especially hope you’ve loved yourself today because you deserve and have earned that. I hope y'all had a happy Valentine's day.

Love unconditionally. ❤️

boxd.it/5NzWyV Movies like this are why I’m so impressed by this medium. I’m not even that into sports, but this will probably be the greatest sports film I ever see. Arthur Agee and William Gates fought so hard to reach their dream, but it sadly brings up a lot that’s wrong with the American system

Spent three hours on Dondoko Island to reach a two-star resort in Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth. That stuff is so addicting!

Finally got to the Labyrinth stuff in Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth. Unless the Dondoko Island system really grabs my attention, I feel like this is where I will be spending a lot of my time to get better resources and boost my team’s overall stats. It seems like a big upgrade from Y7’s version

It really stinks that I’m pretty busy and can only play one game at a time slowly, cause I’m looking forward to playing Persona 3 for the first time through P3 Reload

Also from me on Persona 3 Reload, happy to report the remake no longer has the mean-spirited transphobic scene during the beach trip in both the English localization and the original Japanese.

Only a few hours into Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth, but it’s so good to have Ichiban and the gang back. I can already tell this is going to be another great adventure from this beginning chapter

As someone that is a massive fan of Fargo S1 and S2, it stinks that I haven’t vibed with the seasons that came after them. S3 was pretty solid, but each of them have had some pacing issues and not as effective characters compared to those first two seasons

I feel this way everytime, but I need the new Yakuza/Like A Dragon game right now

Suddenly it's not a problem because "ha ha funny pokemon game." Something like this finding success normalizes it's use in the industry. So if you're against AI, now's your time to back that up.

Last year I watched through (almost) all of Hayao Miyazaki’s feature films, so this year I’m attempting to go through some of my other favorite directors, Bong Joon-Ho, Park Chan-Wook, and Martin Scorsese’s feature filmography. I’m already making good progress 😄

Finished Super Mario Bros. Wonder

That was a fun game! I’ve finished more 3D Marios than 2D ones, but I enjoyed this a lot. There was some cool things they did with the enemies and level structure that made this feel pretty unique. I don’t think it breaks my top 10 of 2023, but I had a good time!

Xbox Developer Direct was solid! Avowed looks cool, and I’m very excited for Vision of Mana and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle!

Finally getting around to playing Super Mario Bros Wonder. Not a big 2D Mario guy, but this has been a good time! I like the variety between the challenge levels and other wacky stages. It’s also a good balance between being fair and difficult when you want it to be

Finished Lies of P! That was an awesome game. It was a lot fairer than other Souls games I’ve played, besides the final area and final boss, but it was still very satisfying and I dug all the systems they crafted for this. Definitely in my top 5 of 2023 and I can’t wait for the DLC and its sequel!

I’m really kicking myself that I didn’t invest more in guard regain earlier on in Lies of P 😅

youtu.be/YFbno_aPm0w?... Big spoilers for OP’s almost complete Egghead arc, but this opening is absolute fire

My only knock against Lies of P, and this might just be that I haven’t been searching hard enough, is that in this final chunk of my playthrough I have hardly found any more upgradable material for my P-Organ or the higher grade weapons. I’m still feeling powerful, but it’s just a little weird
