I /hate/ the misconception that "Hypnosis can't make you do anything you don't want". It totally overlooks that people want different shit when in different states. You might sign up for a month of chastity when horny af but regret it the next day at work when the hot domme is no longer in your DMs

I've not got any concrete rules, but I will say; be careful around anything which involves de-personification, such as bimbofication, dronification and twinning. They're not inherently bad, but the kind of play has scope to fuck you up. Be diligent, and don't just use random files you find online.
MK Ultra proved that you can't be hypnotised to kill Gorbachev, but it can make you sign up for shit which you don't understand, shit you don't want 90% of the time, or shit that escalates far beyond your original desire. Hypno can be real rough, and the "anything you don't want" breeds complacency.
