and I feel so silly being drained after 6 days when there are people who have kids and work part time whilst they study this is a full time reality for a lot of people not a 12 day responsibility

I fear immortality more than I fear mortality, aeons of grief, desensitisation to the value of the time we have, and inevitably losing the ability to remember all but a fragment of the life you've lived
but I mean living as long as a turtle would be cool. maybe an oak tree but maybe that's too much

every minute of writing I'm ping-ponging between 'this is such a fantastic experience' 'I'm completely unqualified' 'this is really great practise to get me revved for my diss' 'I am way too inexperienced to contribute anything valuable to philosophy yet, if ever' 'this is great' 'I KNOW NOTHING'
